Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our HR team as a Human Resources Generalist. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department, encompassing various aspects of HR operations.
- Support the HR team in managing day-to-day operations, including email correspondence and record-keeping.
- Manage company accounts, including Hubstaff and Hubspot, by adding new members, handling deletions, and addressing technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of team members and handle data entry with precision.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on HR-related metrics.
- Organize electronic documents related to HR, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Forms, and Canva.
- $4USD per hour, with a guaranteed 40 hours of work per week.
