This role involves driving business growth through effective account management and strategic relationship-building.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers at key customer accounts.

Key Objectives
  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build trust and credibility with assigned customer accounts.
  3. Raise awareness of our products and services among customers.
  4. Meet or exceed revenue targets by optimizing spend per account.
  5. Collaborate with senior management to understand customer needs and align them with our product strategies.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions through effective negotiation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
