International Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide courteous responses via phone, email, or live chat.
- Identify and address customer needs, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Gather knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service principles.
