Core Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support via multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat)
• Build and maintain strong international customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention rates
• Promote company products and services using consultative approaches to enhance customer value
• Maintain accurate CRM interaction records and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on service improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Achieve and exceed performance metrics to maximize monthly incentives and bonus qualifications
• Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service expertise through ongoing training programs

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1+ years of international customer support experience (BPO/call center background preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills with clear diction and professional verbal/written proficiency
• Full availability for night shift schedules (multiple options available between 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT)
• Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM with accuracy and efficiency
• Basic technical proficiency and system navigation skills across multiple platforms
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine desire to help and support international clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle complex customer issues
