Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Credentialing Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite night shift role.

This role will involve managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date data for all providers in credentialing databases and online systems.
  • Review applications, prepare verification letters, and follow up on pending applications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams for smooth credentialing workflows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in credentialing (US Healthcare industry).
  • Strong understanding of credentialing processes, insurance panels, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
