We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This is a critical role that requires a thoughtful and hands-on leader who can thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.

Job Description

This position serves as the first in-country HRBP supporting our sales team, owning day-to-day HR operations, and collaborating closely with the US-based HRBP team to apply performance frameworks and share insights from the field.

  • Serve as the primary in-country HR lead and align local execution with global people strategy
  • Own employee relations, policy rollout, and in-office onboarding
  • Build and localize HR policies and benefits that align with company values and comply with Pakistani labor law
  • Partner directly with local leadership to coach through feedback, accountability, and team dynamics
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of HR operations and labor laws in Pakistan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support and demonstrate sound judgment in fast-paced environments
  • Fluency in working within modern tech stacks (e.g., Slack, Google Docs)
