HR Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with employees and managers to provide HR support and guidance on a variety of HR-related issues. Key responsibilities include managing employee benefits, maintaining accurate HR records, and providing analytical insights to support HR decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with employees and managers to provide HR support and guidance on a variety of HR-related issues.
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
  • Conduct benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions and issues related to their benefits.
HR Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
HR Operations Support:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related issues, such as leave of absence, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
  • Assist with the administration of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance reviews.
Project Support:

Participate in and support various HR projects, such as system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change management efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration.
  • Proven experience in managing HR data and generating insightful reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
