Strategic Sales Leader

VR Hiring is a leading organization in the industry, dedicated to excellence in lubricants products.
We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Director who will drive our industrial sales growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales solutions.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or process engineering, with a proven track record of success in industrial sales.
They will be responsible for generating significant sales volume, building long-term trust and relationships with clients, and managing multiple tasks in a rapidly changing business environment.
Key Qualifications:
- MBA/BBA degree from a reputable university, or equivalent in Mechanical or Process Engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Industrial Sales of Lubricants Products (Industrial Grades and drum sales of Automotive Grades).
- Proven technical commercial sales experience, capable of generating significant sales volume.
- Strong desktop skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Exceptional written and oral negotiation, consultancy, presentation, and communication skills.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Target-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines, complete projects, and manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Excellent customer management skills, with a focus on building long-term trust and relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of client organization.
They will be self-motivated, with a proven track record of application in the B2B market (Industrial Sales).
Benefits:
Our compensation package includes a salary of Rs. 60k – 90k per month, based on performance, with a review after a probation period of 3 months.
Included benefits: company-maintained car and fuel, plus commission (as decided).
