Business Growth Expert Needed

Job Description:

The ideal Business Development Manager is a strategic, collaborative individual who excels in their work. They should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new business partnerships and onboard clients through effective strategy implementation.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to identify customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop action plans to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
  • Track key performance indicators to drive revenue growth and emerging trends.
  • Generate revenue through business analysis and market assessment.
  • Conduct business planning, forecasting, and analysis to evaluate revenue potential.
  • Conceptualize innovative ideas for revenue enhancement, retention, and digital market penetration.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to introduce innovative products.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve company objectives and profitability.
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to support strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management.
  • Manage key accounts to acquire new business and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate possesses many or most of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A well-established professional network and strong industry reputation (preferred).
  • Experience working with marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and Mobile Value Added Services (VAS).
