Job Description
We are seeking a driven and talented Account Executive to join our team and help us scale to the next level. This role involves owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close, conducting live demos with prospects, handling objections with confidence, and tailoring your approach to each lead's unique needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Perform all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Discovery & Mapping: Identify customer pain points and map them to our features and use cases.
- Follow-Ups & Outreach: Write personalized follow-up emails based on call transcripts and create tailored email sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Webinars & Education: Host weekly webinars for leads and customers, recording educational videos from approved scripts to help prospects and users get the most out of our platform.
- Customer Engagement: Act as an advocate for our platform, demonstrating deep product knowledge and enthusiasm for solving hiring challenges.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate database and CRM records, ensuring all fields are complete and leads are worked to completion.
Requirements
We expect candidates with at least 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS software, ideally with annual contract values between $1K–$5K. Familiarity with recruitment technology is a plus.
