Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role include handling routine office work, preparing applications, and compiling documents for the Australian Immigration process.

  1. Handle and process routine office tasks efficiently
  2. Prepare visa applications and verify document accuracy
  3. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents for immigration purposes
  4. Provide regular follow-up on client inquiries
  5. Directly interact with clients and provide guidance
  6. Respond to emails and other correspondence
  7. Meet and greet clients professionally
  8. Assist with documentation and filing tasks
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow directions from upper management and possess strong leadership skills
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, being confident, motivated, and persistent
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in using the internet and conducting online research
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with computer software applications and customer service principles
  • Possess good telephone manners and stress tolerance
