To excel in this role, you must be highly skilled and detail-oriented. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing German-language bids for services businesses across DACH regions and in the UK.

The successful Bid Manager will coordinate and develop winning proposals, manage the end-to-end bid process, and ensure compliance with tender requirements in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and evaluate incoming bid opportunities to identify target markets.
  • Lead the full bid lifecycle for non-Scandinavian opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and tender responses.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather required content and align on delivery strategy.
  • Translate or draft bid content in fluent German and English, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Analyze tender documents, evaluate bid requirements, and develop tailored responses aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain and update bid libraries and reusable content databases.
  • Track bid performance, post-submission clarifications, and support contract handover when required.
