Key Responsibilities
  • Create strategic, effective, and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within accounts to be covered.
  • Develop new projects and create project pipelines to convert prospective clients into potential clients.
  • Develop and successfully close opportunities/sales by continuously reinforcing business value and Eltek competencies.
  • Work closely and coordinate effectively with solutions and services departments of Eltek to ensure smooth and quality delivery of products and services on time.
  • Prepare quality financial proposals for clients in coordination with the project management office.

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • MBA with an engineering/technical background from a well-reputed university.
  • Background in ISP, Engineering, and/or Telecom sectors would be an added plus.
  • Industrial Certification preferred.
  • Excellent Team Leadership and Interpersonal skills, Effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to take on pressure of handling a distributed sales team to achieve targets given by senior management.
