Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our service delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving our service delivery operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans and schedules accordingly.
  • Manage the service delivery pipeline, including project initiation, documentation, quality control, and delivery.
  • Lead service delivery activities to ensure all client requirements are met, including resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Develop detailed documents such as pipeline specifications, quality control guidelines, and project reports. Assist in creating proposals, business plans, and requirement specifications.
  • Liaise with the technology team to provide insights into resource availability and technology needs for the service pipeline.
  • Implement a structured project management approach to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Provide stakeholders with updates on project status, challenges, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and CMMI process guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; US graduates and Master's degree holders preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in service delivery, with a proven track record, especially in AI-based technology solutions.
  • Ability to develop structured service delivery management strategies through effective project coordination and planning.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality service delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
