Service Delivery Specialist for Road Asset Management

As a seasoned service delivery expert, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize road asset management by providing accurate and up-to-date road data to authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will interact with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans and schedules accordingly.
  • Your primary focus will be on managing the service delivery pipeline, including project initiation, documentation, quality control, and delivery.
  • You will lead service delivery activities to ensure all client requirements are met, including resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • A key aspect of your role will be developing detailed documents such as pipeline specifications, quality control guidelines, and project reports.
  • You will work closely with the technology team to provide insights into resource availability and technology needs for the service pipeline.
  • Your structured project management approach will ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • You will maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and schedules.
  • Adherence to ISO standards and CMMI process guidelines will be essential.
Requirements
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in service delivery, particularly in AI-based technology solutions.
  • You can develop effective service delivery management strategies through project coordination and planning.
  • You possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary, both oral and written.
