
CRM Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Fairchance for CRM. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and drive business growth.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing a sales strategy, and driving revenue growth. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Fairchance for CRM's goals and objectives.
- Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless delivery of Zoho solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, stay up-to-date on their pain points, and tailor Zoho solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records within the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience within a technology or SaaS environment, preferably with CRM focus.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Urdu, Punjabi. Fluency in English is a plus.
- Self-starter attitude with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in the use of any CRM and other sales productivity tools.
- Zoho Platform product awareness trainings will be provided to successful candidates.
