Technical Project Manager Role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success while being hands-on wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day development activities and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and leadership to steer project success.
  • Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.
  • Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.
  • Drive improvements in process and practices.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development (Node.js).
  • Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.
  • Basic experience with Python, C++, and Rust.
  • Proven experience launching successful products.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and good development practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience handling developers of varying experience levels.
  • Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, agile.
