
Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing or updating customer service policies and procedures, managing customer expectations, and handling complex inquiries and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of managerial experience in a dynamic environment and possess strong communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English. They will also be able to analyze key management information to see how well customers are being served and help recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews of new staff.
