Skillful HR Generalist Required

As a highly skilled and organized HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of HR activities in our organization.

  • You will closely monitor vacancy factors to minimize vacancies and ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, coordinating with regional schools and Central Office Finance Department.
  • Additionally, you will administer employee benefits in accordance with HR policy and procedures, including leaves, EOBI, SESSI, freeship, provident fund, health and life insurance, overtime, etc.
  • In this role, you will coordinate with health and life insurance companies for employee registration, data updates, deletion, and claims reimbursement.
  • You will also ensure compliance with performance appraisals as per policy and procedures.
  • An important aspect of this position is issuing accurate and timely letters to staff, utilizing standardized HR formats and letters.
  • Furthermore, you will process final settlements accurately and on time, maintaining proper record keeping and accessibility of general and employee files.
  • Your responsibilities will also include addressing HR-related queries in the Southern Region, reporting incidents and misconducts to the Legal Affairs person of Central Office-HRD, and providing timely access to data as required by management.
  • Last but not least, you will handle internal and external HR audit queries for the Southern Region.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • To succeed in this role, you must possess effective negotiation, communication, and drafting/writing skills.
  • You should be able to handle a team effectively and have expertise in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Able to travel to other cities is also an essential requirement.
