**Job Overview**

The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's human resources landscape. This position requires an individual with a strong background in human resources, possessing excellent communication skills and experience in creating organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement effective organizational structures and departmental hierarchies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions for existing employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze employee skill gaps and suggest strategies to bridge them, supporting business growth and development.
  • Design and deploy employee benefit schemes and payroll systems under new ERP platforms.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees, providing regular feedback and coaching opportunities.
  • Develop and implement employee training and succession plans to ensure a skilled and agile workforce.
  • Enhance employee engagement by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Conduct continuous recruitment efforts to attract top talent, interviewing and hiring candidates who align with company values.
  • Coach managers on interviewing and selecting second-in-command staff.
  • Collaborate with management to create quarterly priorities and morning huddles, driving team cohesion and productivity.
  • Monitor staff satisfaction and address potential issues proactively, maintaining a positive work environment.
