Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to handle the entire recruitment domain, develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and participate in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business growth and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with management to develop department goals, objectives, and systems that align with organizational strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage data entry into the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, driving business results and improving employee satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze and interpret HRIS data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, demonstrating expertise in HR policy development, implementation, and administration.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HR initiatives and policies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
