Job Overview

We seek a professional to craft exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights and collaborative efforts across retail, e-commerce, service, and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and analyze customer journeys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Extract insights from CRM, WhatsApp, call center, and surveys to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the full customer lifecycle.
  • Design and manage feedback tools and dashboards for customer experience trends.
  • Participate in strategic CX initiatives to reshape customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a background in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Design Thinking, or Analytics.
  • Curious, empathetic, and passionate about improving customer experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or CRM systems).
  • Excellent communicator and team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
