Maintaining a firm grip on our reporting structure is crucial, and the Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for ensuring timely fulfillment of monthly targets. Additionally, they will oversee hiring and retention of sales team members, conduct training sessions, and perform tasks assigned by their line manager.
