Business Development and Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Leader to drive our growth strategy and expand our client portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and establishing long-term relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in technology sales, preferably with experience in AI, automation, or SaaS products. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

This is a full-time position available remotely. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and commission. If you have 2+ years of successful experience in B2B technology sales and excellent communication and presentation abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across multiple channels and markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospect identification to deal closure.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, or SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Agency experience with client management background.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • CRC system proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling AI agent solutions or Voice AI, Chatbots.
  • Background in automation software or workflow tools.
  • Experience with international clients across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience in a remote sales environment.
  • Prior work with agencies or technology service providers.
