About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Epic Consulting Group.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new partnerships and relationships.
- You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will also be responsible for managing and closing deals, protecting the organization's value, and updating your job knowledge through ongoing education and training.
- We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has excellent communication and IT skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and self-directed individual.
