
Administrative HR Assistant

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.
Duties:
- HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities under the direction of management.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Off-boarding: Assist in the off-boarding process for departing employees, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
- HR Software Management: Operate and maintain HR software, ensuring all employee data is accurately recorded and updated.
- Transactional Operations: Handle various HR transactional tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee record maintenance.
- Support HR Process: Support various HR projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned by management.
