Job Overview

As a fleet coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while efficiently managing the movement of our trucks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in customer service and/or logistics, preferably in the transportation industry. The successful candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.

  • Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
  • Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or logistics, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
