Seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to lead business solution design and implementation across various project phases. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to drive high-quality deliverables.

  • Lead functional activities and manage stakeholder interactions to ensure seamless business solution execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement business requirements, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and estimates for specific developments, ensuring rigorous risk assessment practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks, working closely with technical teams to drive solution deployment.
  • Engage with customers to plan and execute user acceptance testing, ensuring successful business outcomes.
  • Apply autonomous analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, presenting data insights to inform business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or an Analytical subject.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, with a strong theme of analytical work.
  • Excellent data manipulation and communication skills, with the ability to handle end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.
  • Comfortable working with waterfall and agile methodologies, with a client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SQL, with Python programming skills a plus.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
