About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Recruiting Professional to drive business growth by attracting high-caliber talent. To be successful, you should have knowledge of sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. You will build a strong technical talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber sales candidates.
  • Utilize social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates.
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to identify position requirements and source candidates.
  • Create recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates.
  • Log candidate information in our applicant tracking system.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 2+ years of experience as a Sourcer. Experience using Greenhouse is a plus. Excellent communication skills, good time-management skills, and advanced sourcing training are essential.
