About this role
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to fill our Junior/Middle Management Position.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage sales performance, creating reports and setting targets to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with technical teams and contractors to resolve issues at retail outlets, ensuring compliance with standards to enhance customer service.
- Motivate business partners to meet monthly targets and improve performance at underperforming sites.
- Prepare daily sales control sheets and track outlet-wise and territory-level sales.
- Conduct regular retail outlet inspections to ensure all necessary KPIs are met.
- Ensure products are sold at announced rates, maintaining 100% quality and quantity standards.
- Conduct monthly stock checks at every outlet to guarantee availability.
- Provide customer service and safety training for outlet staff and address customer complaints.
- Enforce HSE standards and product compliance as per company policies.
- Support consumer and trade promotional activities.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Marketing/Sales or a related field.
- Preferably 3-7 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Analytical skills to conduct and interpret business analyses.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
- Experience in the petroleum industry is also beneficial.
