
Customer Service Liaison

At Inkstone Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints via various channels including phone, email, mail, or social media.
You will utilize telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Your goal will be to greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Relationship Management Specialist who is passionate about assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. You will also advise customers on company information and take payment information as well as other pertinent details such as addresses and phone numbers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in placing or canceling orders and attempting to persuade customers to reconsider cancellation. Informing customers of deals and promotions will also be a key responsibility.
A Client Engagement Expert with strong communication skills and the ability to work with customer service managers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered is required for this position. Additionally, you will compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
