
Customer Success Manager Lead

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engagement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage customer onboarding and daily account health.
- Gather in-depth understanding of client challenges, objectives, requirements, and roadmaps.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client IT and business leaders.
- Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams.
- Monitor project health through regular sync-ups with teams.
- Lead employees, including leave planning, attendance processing, and performance reviews.
- Keep management informed about project health and related concerns.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including up-selling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, Customer Success, Business Development, or Pre-sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborative, independent work style.
- Efficient management of multiple customer projects.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
