
Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a Customer Success Professional to drive expansion and adoption of our software and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to introduce new features and enhance their experience.
- Generate trust and credibility with customers at multiple levels, from initial contact through ongoing support.
- Assist in timely collections from customers, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve the overall customer experience, both online and offline.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and support, to foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) required; Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for data and fintech, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
