As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Enterprise and Government customers by providing exceptional technical support using VIDIZMO products.

We offer Video Content Management systems to leading Fortune 5000 companies worldwide and are recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant. Our solutions enable customers to deliver Live and On-Demand Video Streaming, store and share multimedia content, and perform Video and Audio Analysis using Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.

• Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for application, deployment, and configuration-related issues.

• Communicate effectively with customers via calls, ticketing system, and remote sessions.

• Assist in identifying bugs, performance issues, and infrastructure bottlenecks.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the VIDIZMO product suite.
