Job Title

Deputy Director Monitoring & Compliance - Islamabad Campus

Job Description

This role is responsible for the operational and tactical oversight and monitoring of university-wide activities to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Oversight:
    • Oversee the implementation of policies across the university to ensure compliance with requisite regulations.
    • Develop monitoring systems to report and track university activities in line with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
    • Provide recommendations to senior leadership on improving processes to facilitate smoother functions at the institution.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks by collaborating with internal departments and align their activities with the institution's policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in developing and managing systems to monitor institutional processes, ensuring adherence to internal and external policies.
  • Strong understanding of government processes, public policy, and effective collaboration.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in reports and proposals.
