Logistics Sales Manager

MAS Worldwide Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the freight forwarding and logistics industry and be able to drive sales, expand our client base, and foster strong relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and target potential clients within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, logistics management, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
