We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role will involve providing critical support to senior management by generating, analyzing, and reporting on key business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to analyze sales trends, store performance, and inventory levels.">
  • Analyze data from various sources, including XPERT POS and Data Warehouse, to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for optimization.">
  • Collaborate with commercial and retail teams to gather feedback and provide timely tracking and feedback on product performance.">
  • Provide coordination and administration support to retail teams for projects and tasks related to Sell In & Sell Through functions.">
  • Facilitate the implementation of new systems and updates to existing systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.">
  • Extract retail operation reports and share with commercial teams, highlighting key findings and insights.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You should also have experience working with advanced Excel tools, such as Power Query and PowerPivot, and be proficient in creating sophisticated dashboards using Power BI.

A bachelor's or master's degree in management sciences, accounting, finance, or economics is required, along with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar data-centric role.
