We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of all departments.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Sustain a positive working environment that fosters growth and development.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure employees are evaluated fairly.
- Maintain pay plans and benefits programs that align with industry standards.
- Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent, with a strong track record of success.
- People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics, including analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with expertise in data management.
- Leadership skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field, such as Business Administration or Organizational Development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.
