Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant Manager to join our team. As an HR Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment and selection, policy creation, payroll management, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
  2. Create and maintain policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  3. Process payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR-related information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
