Job Summary

This is a challenging tax role that involves assisting the US Senior Tax Manager with various tax responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in US tax, preferably with CPA certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of federal, state, and local income and franchise tax returns for multiple business entities;
  • Preparing tax payment estimates, extensions, cash tax projections, and planning;
  • Preparing annual state and local apportionment data packages;
  • Preparing domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision calculations in accordance with IFRS;
  • Assisting with federal and state regulatory audits, including preparing responses to information requests and reviewing tax assessments for accuracy;
  • Contacting US Tax authorities and handling any notices.

Required skills include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accounting applications.
