Job Description

You will play a critical role in ensuring timely payments to local and foreign vendors, adhering to established policies and tax regulations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely payments to local vendors in compliance with company policies and established credit periods.
  • Overseeing timely payments to foreign vendors and coordinating with financial institutions for import payments, ensuring adherence to tax laws and proper documentation.
  • Maintaining and enhancing income tax compliance processes within the enterprise resource planning system related to income tax and sales tax withholding.
  • Ensuring that all tax compliance and withholding requirements are met when processing payments to external vendors.

You will be responsible for managing payment status and schedules for special projects, ensuring timely resolution of payment-related issues and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.

In addition, you will ensure the timely processing of employee travel and expense claims, reconcile staff travel and expense advances and adjustments, and provide support for external statutory audits and tax audits.
