We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and expansion of our organization.

They should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, presenting strategic plans, ensuring business growth, and retaining clients for future engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new business and onboard clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and market share enhancement.
  • Develop strategic action plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Track key performance indicators to identify emerging trends and drive revenue growth.
  • Generate revenue through business analysis and market assessment.
  • Conduct business planning, forecasting, and analysis to evaluate revenue potential in business opportunities.
  • Conceptualize innovative ideas for revenue enhancement, retention, and digital penetration.
  • Introduce innovative products in collaboration with strategic partners and vendors.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and identify relevant sales opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Prepare and present revenue and sales growth reports to senior management, including formal business proposals and price comparisons.
  • Manage key accounts to acquire new business, promote products and services, and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of digital platforms and mobile value-added services.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
