Job Title

Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Supervise employees and monitor their training and development, conducting regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
  • Perform regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
