As the Director of Commercial Sales Engineering, you will lead our Commercial Sales Engineering teams in Pakistan. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee multiple pre-sales teams, focusing on developing junior Sales Engineers, conducting compelling product demonstrations, and designing innovative solutions that directly support commercial sales objectives. You will cultivate a culture emphasizing exceptional sales engineering skills, strong communication, technical and business proficiency, deep product knowledge, and a keen understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and managing a team of Sales Engineers
  • Designing and delivering training programs for junior Sales Engineers
  • Conducting product demonstrations and trials
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and tactics
