Key Account Professional

Drive revenue growth in the Health & Beauty industry by developing strong relationships with key accounts and executing effective sales strategies.

  • Conduct thorough business reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize account performance.
  • Ensure product listings are up-to-date and seamlessly integrated into our platform.
  • Manage and optimize key account content on our platform, enhancing user experience and driving engagement.
  • Plan and execute targeted promotions to maximize sales and meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and update order cancellations weekly to improve stock accuracy and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and minimize inventory discrepancies.
  • Raise invoices and settle discounts/promotion budgets with brands in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, performance analysis, and vendor insights to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular account management reports to track progress and enhance vendor performance.
