Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with customers, optimizing base sales, new product development, and promotions.

To succeed in this position, you will need to ensure great visibility in retailers and deliver sales capabilities. You will also be responsible for meeting field KPIs and achieving annual objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage point-of-buy materials placement and implementation
  • Report on activities and results
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG
  • Perseverance and attention to detail
