Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies regarding employment and working conditions, as well as hiring new staff. This includes leading the development of the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing HR Policies: Create and implement policies regarding employment, working conditions, and other HR-related matters.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Organize and coordinate the recruitment and selection of new staff, ensuring that the process is efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Staff Appraisal Systems: Design and implement staff appraisal systems to support employee growth and development.
  • Disciplinary Issues: Advise senior management on disciplinary issues, providing guidance and support to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Employment Legislation: Monitor employment legislation, staying up-to-date with changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Advise senior management on pay and conditions, retention rates, and business policy affecting employee relations, providing expert advice to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Best Practices: Stay current with best practices in recruitment and selection, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the market.
