We are looking for a skilled technical recruiter who can proactively source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
About The RoleThis role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements, drafting compelling job descriptions tailored to technical positions, developing and implementing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent, and continuously improving the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition
- Posting job openings on relevant job boards, social platforms, and internal channels
- Proactively sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical roles
- Coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and managing communication throughout the hiring process
- Strategic Hiring
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
- Drafting compelling job descriptions tailored to technical positions
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent
- Continuously improving the candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Administrative Support
- Scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials
- Representing the organization at job fairs, tech meetups, and recruiting events
- Performing other recruitment and HR-related administrative duties as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; background in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of focused experience in technical recruiting
- Proven success with proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, Dribbble
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
