The human resources manager plays a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of an organization.

Job Summary
  • Conduct interviews and employee selection processes to ensure top talent is hired.
  • Develop and implement policies related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, workplace ethics, and performance management.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with senior management to facilitate effective communication between staff and executives.
  • Analyze statistical data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.

Additionally, the human resource manager will be responsible for conducting exit interviews, planning employee orientation programs, and performing other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate HR activities effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and labor standards.
