Job Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to manage direct client interactions, upsell opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer support throughout the travel experience. This position suits a professional with experience in tourism sales, knowledge of UK customer preferences, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process incoming leads and transform them into successful travel bookings
  2. Engage with existing clients to present upgrades and additional offerings
  3. Create personalized travel itineraries incorporating tours, transportation, and accommodations
  4. Furnish timely assistance to travelers to address concerns and guarantee complete satisfaction
  5. Facilitate post-sales interactions to solicit feedback and foster repeat business
  6. Manage CRM records and pursue outstanding quotes and leads
  7. Collaborate with our Icelandic operations team to ensure smooth execution
